Easier Walks
The sparkling Aegean Sea surrounds Bodrum Peninsula and we’ll enjoy glorious coastal views from many of our walks. Ancient sites, traditional villages and windmills are also a feature on many walks and a highlight is a visit to Bodrum and its magnificent Crusader Castle of St Peter.
4 to 7 miles, sometimes on stony paths. Up to 1,000ft of ascent in a day.
Harder Walks
The peninsula’s coastline is dotted with picturesque bays and we’ll appreciate the stunning coastal scenery from walks in the inland hills. Walks will visit the site of ancient Pedesa, the scenic village of Sandıma and we’ll also enjoy a tour of Bodrum town with its mile-long waterfront promenade and marina.
5 to 9 miles, occasionally rougher underfoot. Up to 1,500ft of ascent in a day.
Local transport
On some days the walks start and finish at the hotel. On other days we’ll use the hired transport to explore the surrounding area. The cost of transport to and from the walk is payable locally.
Free day
Each week there is a free day where no guided walks are offered. This is an ideal opportunity to relax around the hotel, walk independently, or visit local places of interest |
